This notice explains what personal information the opexit.services website collects and what happens to it. The website is operated by Silver Fox Associates Holdings Ltd, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands (Tortola), company number 2207703 ("we", "us").

What we collect

If you send us an enquiry. The form on our Contact page asks for your name, your work email address, and optionally your company, country and a message, together with the topic you chose. We use this only to reply to you and to handle your enquiry.

When you visit. Our web servers record standard technical information about each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested, the response, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. This is how every web server works. We use it to keep the site secure and running.

Spam protection. To limit abuse of the form we keep two counters for one hour: one for your connection, stored under a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, and one for the site as a whole.

What we do not collect

The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not profile visitors. It loads no scripts, fonts, maps or other content from third parties. The Compare Costs tool works entirely in your browser: what you type into it is not sent to us.

Why we use it, and who sees it

We use an enquiry to read and answer it, on the basis of your request to us, and server records to keep the site secure and working, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and protecting it. An enquiry is sent as an email to our shared marketing and communications mailbox (hosted on Google Workspace), where the people who handle enquiries read it. The website itself stores nothing from the form. We keep an enquiry for as long as needed to deal with your request. We keep server records for as long as needed for security and operations. We do not sell your information and do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.

Location-based routing

Visitors whose IP address is registered to Kenya are directed from the home page to our Kenya page. The comparison is made on our own server against a published list of address ranges; your address is not sent to a location service.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to us through the Contact page (choose General Enquiry and say it is a privacy request). Our use of cookies is described on the Cookies page.

Changes

If the way the website handles information changes, we will update this page and its date.
